PAYMENT / GUARANTEE METHOD :
Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, please contact our B&B BBruT Reservations team on (+32) 478212096. Please note that changes may result in a rate change and/or may also attract a cancellation fee.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT :
Check-in is available as from 4:00PM till 7:00PM  Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT
All bookings are subject to a direct payment via the mollie payment platform. Please note that a valid photo ID and the corresponding credit card will be required at check-in. At the check-out of your stay, the bill including bar spendings will be presented and has to be paid at the reception with one of the following accepted methods of payment : Credit card (Visa / Mastercard) / Bancontact / Maestro)

CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made directly with us (website/e-mail/phone) following policy applies:
*Cancellation arrival date minus 30 days : Full Refund
*Cancellation between arrival date minus 30 days and minus 8 days : a refund of 50% of the total amount
*Cancellation arrival date minus 7 days : there will be no refund
* Any no-shows or cancellations on the date of arrival at 00:00 : no refund

Reservation made through booking channels (Booking.com)
* Cancellation 30 days prior to the date of arrival : free of charge.
* Cancellation in period 30 days prior to the date of arrival: a charge of 70% of the total stay through the pre-authorized credit card
* Any no-shows or cancellations on the date of arrival at 00:00 will be charged 100% of the total stay through the pre-authorized credit card.

BREAKFAST CHARGE
All our room rates are breakfast included

GROUP RESERVATIONS

SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will strive to honour any request for specific room types. Until specific confirmation is issued your request cannot be guaranteed by our hotel.

PETS
We love animals but all kind of pets are not allowed in our BBruT rooms.

JUNIORS AND BABIES
Not all room types have the possibility to accommodate junior- or baby beds, please inform us of specific requests in order for us to allocate the correct room type to your booking. A charge of € 20,00 per night per baby/junior will be added to your bill.

EXTRA OCCUPANCY
An extra charge of €50 per night per adult will be added to the bill in case The BBruT Crew has detected a different occupancy of the room than the original booking.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase of B&B BBruT. You also agree that you are fully responsible for payment of all charges, taxes, and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due

BEHAVIOUR
When making a reservation, acceptance of responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party is automatically implied. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid directly to BBruT BV before departure. Non compliance may result in legal action and legal cost. B&B BBruT reserves the right to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct at any given time. No refunds will be given.. The B&B owner has right of access to all rooms at all times within reason.

DISABILITIES AND MEDICAL PROBLEMS
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please tell us at the time of making your reservation so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen room.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Our reservation privacy policy will apply to your reservation and is a full part of these Reservation Terms and conditions.

This Reservation Privacy Policy provides you with information about the personal data collected by BBruT BV , why we need to collect it, how it will be used, who it will be shared with and your rights in relation to it.

The personal data that BBruT BV collects :
In order to complete your reservation and arrange its fulfilment, BBruT BV needs to collect the following personal data as part of the reservation process:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your country of residence
• details of your payment card including the card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVV number.

You may also, if you wish, provide BBruT BV with:

• your postal address (home or business);
• preferred contact telephone number.

The personal data you provide BBruT BV with in the course of the reservation process will be referred to in this Reservation Privacy Policy as the Reservation Data.

How BBruT BV uses the Reservation Data:

• BBruT BV will be the data controller of the Reservation Data.
• It is necessary for BBruT BV to process the Reservation Data so that the contract for your hotel reservation can be produced
• BBruT BV will only share the Reservation Data with its appointed data processor.
• BBruT BV will only store the Reservation Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil your reservation. The Reservation Data will be destroyed, anonymised and/or deleted once your reservation has been fulfilled and all payment and administrative matters have been completed.
